What is the difference between a Charm Room and a Luxury Room?
Our Luxury rooms are bigger (23m²) than the Charmes rooms (18m²) and offer you more welcome products.

Yes, some rooms (Junior Suite and Suite) can accommodate up to 4 people.

No, all our rooms are non-smoking.

Yes, you can request an extra bed in the Junior Suite or Suite rooms. The service is free for a child under 12, and costs € 30 per night for a child over 12 years.

Yes, we can provide a cot and a bottle warmer on request and subject to availability.

Is the hotel suitable for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, we have a room for people with reduced mobility and a lift. Our staff is also at your disposal to help you.

Can I eat at the hotel?

The arrival is from 16 hours and departure until 12 hours.

Yes, we like animals and accept them on a leash in the hotel and restaurant. The price is 16 € per night and per animal.

What to do in case of forgotten object in my room?
Our housekeeper keeps all the objects found in the rooms. Contact us and we will send them in cash on delivery instead of your choice.

No, when you book a single room, breakfast is not included but can be booked separately from the room in the same order. However, you can also book one of our special offers, all of which include breakfast.

Are taxes included in the price?
No, tourist taxes are to be paid on the spot, at the rate of 1 € 50 per day and per person.

Are the rates and availabilities the same if I book on the site or by phone?

Why do you need credit card information?
The banking information is only used to guarantee your reservation and in case of no arrival or late cancellation.

When and how will I pay for my stay?
You pay at the end of your stay by the means of payment that suits you best.

I have not received a booking confirmation. How to do ?
We send a confirmation email to each booking. However, if you have not received anything after 30 minutes, please contact us again to see if the reservation is registered and we send you a confirmation.

What are the cancellation conditions?
You can cancel your reservation for free up to 48 hours before your stay.

How can I change or cancel my reservation?
You can always manage your booking at the bottom of the site, by clicking on the "Manage my reservations" link in the "Practical links" section. Your reservation number will be requested. You can also contact us by phone.
