Is Najeti a French group?
Yes, Najeti Hôtels et Golfs is a French hotel group created in 1994 by Mr Jean-Jacques Durand. To find out more about Najeti, visit the group's page.

The hotel

Is the hotel located in the city centre?
Yes, it is located on the boulevard circulaire, 5 minutes walk from the Hospices de Beaune.

Do you have a car park?
Yes, we have a secure covered car park at a cost of €20 per night.

Do you have a swimming pool or fitness room?
No, but you can get to the municipal swimming pool, which is a 15-minute walk away.

What is the difference between a Charming room and a Luxury room?
Our Luxury rooms are larger (23m²) than the Charmes rooms (18m²) and offer more amenities.

Do you have family or connecting rooms?
Yes, some rooms (Junior Suite and Suite) can accommodate up to 4 people.

We also have 3 flats for up to 6 people. They are equipped with a kitchenette, dishwasher and separate entrance. You can take advantage of the hotel's services.  

Do you have smoking rooms?
No, all our rooms are non-smoking.

Do you have rooms without carpeting?
No, all our rooms are carpeted.

Do you have rooms with showers only?
Yes, regardless of the category, we can offer you a room with shower only.

Do all rooms have a safe?
Yes, whatever the category, you can leave your valuables in your room.

Can I request an extra bed in my room? How much will it cost me?

We do not have extra beds, but we do have sofa beds in our Junior Suite and Suite. 
The service is free for a child under 8. It costs €20 for a child aged between 8 and 12 and €30 per night for a child aged over 12.

I have a baby, does the hotel have adequate facilities?
Yes, we can provide a cot on request and subject to availability.

Is the hotel suitable for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, we have a room for people with reduced mobility, as well as a lift. Our staff are also on hand to help you.

Do you have a lift?
Yes, the hotel has a lift.

Can I eat at the hotel?
Yes, the hotel has a restaurant: the Bistro. It is open from Friday evening to Sunday evening.

The stay

What are the departure and arrival times?
Arrival is from 4 pm and departure until 12 noon.

Is there a shuttle bus from the station to the hotel?
No, but please contact us so that we can order a taxi for you.

Do you have a luggage store?
Yes, you can drop off your luggage there if you arrive early.

Do you accept pets? What is the rate?
Yes, we like pets and accept them on a leash in the hotel, except in the restaurant. The fee is €20 per night per pet. Pets are welcome in the room and are provided with bowls and a bottle of water.

Do you have an internet connection at the hotel? Is it free?
Yes, the hotel offers free Wi-Fi.

What should I do if I forget something in my room?
Our housekeeper keeps all items found in the rooms. Contact us and we will send them to you for cash on delivery at the location of your choice.

The prices

Is breakfast included in the price?
No, when you book a single room, breakfast is not included but can be booked separately from the room in the same order. However, you can also book one of our special offers, which all include breakfast.

Breakfast costs €19.50 per person and is free for children under 5. 

Are tourist taxes included in the price?
No, tourist taxes are payable on site, at a rate of €2.75 per person per day.

Are the rates and availability the same if I book on the website or by phone?
Yes, there is no difference in price or availability depending on whether you book by phone or on our website.

The reservation

Why do you need my credit card information?
The bank details are only used to guarantee your booking and in case of no-shows or late cancellations.

When and how will I pay for my stay?
You pay at the end of your stay by the means of payment that suits you best.

I have not received a booking confirmation. How can I do this?
We send a confirmation email with every booking. However, if you still have not received anything after 30 minutes, please contact us again to see if the booking is registered and we will send you a confirmation.

What are the cancellation conditions?
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before your stay.

How can I change or cancel my booking?
You can manage your reservation at any time at the bottom of the site, by clicking on the link "Manage my reservations" in the "Useful links" section. You will be asked for your booking number. You can also contact us by phone.
